For a long time, Parisian Sabine Couder had a dream: when she retired, she'd leave Paris and welcome gourmets and cultural enthusiasts in an atypical location. In Saint-Sauveur, she fell in love with a superb building, its garden and its old square tower. "Le Jardin du Bardado" was born. Both a literary café and a restaurant, you'll enjoy organic and essentially local produce. But let's not forget the attractive delicatessen section. And regular events, often featuring international artists. A real favorite.

En couple, pour un dîner dans le jardin; arrivés à 20h; pas servis avant 22h pour une salade de tomates insipide, non assaisonnée et des gnochis très quelconques. Plongés dans le noir sans aucun éclairage . Un cadre très agréable, des serveurs qui ne cessent de s'excuser mais brillants par leur incompétence car absolument pas formés: on a pris notre commande 3 fois, par 3 personnes différentes! Et la patronne justifiant cette situation par le fait qu'ils sont débordés alors que nous n'étions que 12! Nous sommes généralement indulgents et tolérants mais là, c'est indigne de se prétendre restaurateurs pour de telles prestations!

Ce lieu est magnifique à l’image de sa propriétaire, Sabine.
Nous ne sommes pas dans un mobilier de brocante mais dans un haut lieu de l’histoire de France.
Je vous y engage de rendre visite au Jardin de Bardadô , qui est un lieu atypique de ce beau village.
