NINKASI
A brewery, to taste craft beers in front of a concert.
It is the 20th of its kind: originally from Lyon, the Ninkasi has been in Dijon since June 2020. Close to the tram and the university campus, located at the foot of the Maison de l'Innovation, the establishment of more than 350 m² offering 300 seats, including 120 on the terrace, is run by Beaune's Carole Fleurant. In this lively place where local music groups are regularly scheduled, the à la carte proposals are varied, with something to eat - burgers, bagels and salads - and a very large choice of beers: classic, seasonal... To discover, the limited editions NInkasi, between the thirst-quenching brown beer with notes of cocoa and coffee or the blond beer with rye malt. Beer taps for hire.
