May-Line, a dynamic young woman and heiress of a family of winegrowers from a Vosne-Romanée estate, was in charge of the Caveau de la Chouette before the place was taken over in April 2019 by Brian Verpeaux. The novelty lies in the mixology, where you can savour delicious cocktails. As proof, the winery came third in the Burgundy mixology competition in January 2020. The bar is housed in a building that was once an inn in 1850. With rock music playing in the background, Stéphane's guitar hangs on the wall, ready to serve! Here, beef isn't just on the plate. On Friday evenings, the aperitif platters follow one another, as do the rounds of friends to the rhythm of the themed evenings.
