Aude Vauban and Carla Bonnet welcome you to their estate in Oger, a terroir located in the heart of the Côte des Blancs. Aude and Carla, harvesters and handlers, have chosen to cultivate the estate exclusively with Chardonnay and are committed to a sustainable culture on this chalky and particularly well exposed soil. The heiresses of an ancestral know-how give life to 100% chardonnay champagnes of pure finesse and elegance. Welcome to this House with its 200 years of history! Today, the eighth generation is proud of the heritage passed on by Louis-Victor, its founder, and is developing the family business with great energy, and is putting its vineyards on a sustainable viticulture path, with a focus on organic methods. A beautiful evolution towards modernity but always in the respect of the ancestral know-how. Very attached to his roots, David Faivre represents the^3rd generation. Today he is a terroir developer, supported by his wife Jessica, who has revolutionized everything on the estate. The vineyard is certified HVE-VDC and is currently undergoing organic conversion. 6 finely crafted cuvées make up the House's range. We love the Perles du Paradis, an Extra-Brut Rosé of a pleasant complexity that we love to taste with grilled meats delicately seasoned. The Champs de Romy (BDB Extra-Brut) is just as sumptuous. Behind the chivalric emblem of the domaine and its status as a harvester-manipulator lie generations of passionate winemakers who have been bringing consistent quality to their wines since 1968. The Domaine is nowadays famous for its rare and atypical wines. The family does not practice malolactic fermentation unlike the vast majority of Champagne winemakers. All the wines are aged for at least 4 to 9 years. The range is magnificent and in particular the Cuvée Collection Roger-Constant, a high fashion vintage produced in very limited quantities. In Ville-Dommange, since 1590, several generations of coopers and then winemakers have succeeded one another to write the history of this beautiful house, now run by Véronique and Florent Bergeronneau-Marion. In 2007, the talented duo created the "Clos des Bergeronneau" planted with pinot noir and meunier and facing south-east. Welcome to the heart of one of Champagne's oldest families, whose roots date back to 1653. Franck Début works an 8-hectare vineyard with a strong predominance of meunier grapes, using sustainable viticulture, in the purest respect of traditions. The Domaine Luc Mérat, whose history began in 1930, is located in the heart of the Massif de Saint-Thierry in the Merfy area. The current owner, Luc Mérat, is very involved and committed and was the former president of the "Jeunes Viticulteurs" group at Nicolas Feuillatte. Their grapes are grown on a rich, parcelized 6.5-hectare terroir. The range of 6 cuvées has sophisticated names that offer emotion and spark the imagination. Maxime Blin and his wife Claire have chosen to produce their eponymous range of wines with passion and authenticity on the family farm in the Trigny area. Their vines provide them with grapes of a very good quality and allow them to make exceptional wines. Always smiling, these winemakers will be happy to make you discover their certified organic domain and their 11 vintages. We are particularly fond of the Clé d'Éole, a cuvée vinified and aged in barrels, produced in a few hundred copies. Winemakers to follow!

Au and Arnaud Billiard, a couple of wine growers, welcome you to Bacchus. Here you can visit a magnificent museum: There is a very beautiful recovery of life in the vineyard since the beginning of the 75 th century with a model of 220 m ² in which 30 figurines of cm high. But the house is also and first of all a wine estate that produces a whole range of champagnes: Cuvée Millésime Vintage 2009 Old Vines, wine Prestige Prestige 2009, vintage vintage Vintage 2002, wine Lusus Vintage 2008 White white, Cuvée Millésime Vintage 2009 Black white, vintage Olympia Vintage 2010/2011 and cuvée Aphrodite 2010/2011. The Maison Esterlin was born from the union of 3 families who were able to federate 29 members for a surface of 23 ha. Over time, this cooperative has been able to attract many other talents.
