The Château de Pierry is an 18th century "Maison de Plaisance". It is a fascinating monument to visit, but it is also a "château" in the center of an estate, run and animated by the owner, Jean-Paul Gobillard, with 55 years of experience as a "négociant-elveur" in Champagne. For individuals, the discovery of the property is done freely with the help of an explanatory booklet and is followed by a tasting of champagne ratafia in the cellar press and museum.
