Champagne Vincent d'Astrée is easily found with an entrance framed by two colossal statues: they represent the famous Dom Pérignon and the monk Jean Oudart (his oenologist). The house was created in 1956 and now has more than 240 families on 85 hectares of classified^1er Cru vineyards. In the great Champagne tradition, it produces a fruity champagne composed of 50% pinot meunier, 25% pinot noir and 25% chardonnay in a range of 8 cuvées.

The Château de Pierry is an 18th century "Maison de Plaisance". It is a fascinating monument to visit, but it is also a "château" in the center of an estate, run and animated by the owner, Jean-Paul Gobillard, with 55 years of experience as a "négociant-elveur" in Champagne.
