Very attached to his roots, David Faivre represents the3rd generation. Today he is a terroir developer, supported by his wife Jessica, who has revolutionized everything on the estate. The vineyard is certified HVE-VDC and is currently undergoing organic conversion. 6 finely crafted cuvées make up the House's range. We love the Perles du Paradis, an Extra-Brut Rosé of a pleasant complexity that we love to taste with grilled meats delicately seasoned. The Champs de Romy (BDB Extra-Brut) is just as sumptuous. Go for it!
