In Coulomnes-la-Montagne, come and discover the winery, presses and cellars of Maison Ponson, "Creators of Champagne for 5 generations". Proud of his heritage, Maxime Ponson now runs the estate, which is run using sustainable viticulture methods. The 13.5-hectare vineyard, spread over 5 Premier Cru villages, is planted on clay-limestone soils, giving its exceptional champagnes a unique character. Our favorite is Cuvée Rosé des Gentes Dames, an exquisite champagne with a delicious candy-pink color!

Founded in 1963, the House is today managed by Bruno, Marielle and their 2 children. Independent winegrowers, harvesters and handlers, they meticulously elaborate their wines from A to Z, in which we find all the typicity and authenticity of the Verneuil terroir. Aware of environmental issues, the House is committed to a meticulous and thoughtful viticulture thanks to a perfect osmosis between reasoned practice and ancient methods. No less than 15 champagnes extremely well worked both on the substance and on the form are to be discovered.

A rarity in Champagne, this beautiful House was founded ex nihilo by a young entrepreneurial couple with a passion for the world of wine. Through the names of their cuvées, Pauline and Guillaume revisit major themes (man, action, time and mutual aid) and invite you to set out to conquer your destiny. Our favorite is Kosmos, a delicate, floral 100% Chardonnay. The duo also founded the Bonvalet distillery, based on the principle of a circular economy. You can also spend the night in their home! A must-see!

This place is better known as Villa Bissinger. The International Institute of Champagne Wines is a school where you can learn about the wines of Champagne. For the simple visitor: here you can discover temporary exhibitions in the basement or, on the theme of wine, the educational cellar which illustrates the terroir and its trades, whose geography is also explained. Several paying programs allow to discover the champagne.

Located in Bassuet, Champagne, Champagne Oudart-Ortillon is a winery specializing in the production of champagne. Their website offers a delivery service for their products. Champagne Oudart-Ortillon offers a selection of champagnes, such as Champagne Brut "Nouvelle...", Champagne Rosé "Nouvelle...", Champagne Blancs de..., Champagne Cuvée Spéciale..., and Champagne Demi-sec... These champagnes are described as fresh, fruity and well-balanced, and are recommended as aperitifs or with desserts.

In Vertus, in the heart of the Marne, in an exceptional wine region known as the "Côte des Blancs", lies the 23-hectare family vineyard, now managed by Michel Maillard.

At harvest time, the opulent Chardonnays proudly emerge from the south/south-east exposure and unique chalky soil. A house style handed down from father to son, an ancestral know-how and very high quality grapes contribute to the elaboration of champagnes with a unique minerality and freshness.

As true enthusiasts, Michel Maillard and his son shape their wines to arouse emotion, because the work of a winegrower means knowing how to sublimate the aromas and bowing down when Nature has worked well. An art of living and dreaming that can be found in every bubble!

Winemakers for 4 generations, it is today Jean-Baptiste Martin who holds the reins of the House. He works the vineyard in the purest respect of nature. The vineyard is located on a hillside and enjoys a favorable exposure, microclimate and soil that allow the wines to reach their full maturity. The Domaine offers you to discover its 5 champagnes, a sweet mix of authenticity and generosity, which transcribe the essence of the terroirs. Worthy heir to ancestral know-how dating back to 1792, Dominique Boulard, the current owner of the company, has been in love with his land since his earliest childhood. His years of study in Burgundy strongly influenced his approach to cultivation and respect for the soil. Committed to the day-to-day running of his estate, his top-of-the-range equipment and exceptional grapes enable him to produce 7 highly expressive cuvées. Come and visit them.

Champagne Élodie D is a women's story, and has been for 8 generations! Today, the estate is certified as a High Environmental Value and Sustainable Viticulture. 6 fine, delicately crafted Premier Cru champagnes to discover in their floral dressings: Brut, Demi-Sec, Blanc de Blancs, Rosé de Saignée, Belle Âme (100% Pinot Noir Vintage) and Résurgence (also a Blanc de Noirs Vintage). In parallel, Élodie's husband Fabrice is now the master of La Demeure d'Élodie, a guest apartment the couple created in 2017.

After starting the business under the name Champagne Brochet Hervieux, Vincent, the current owner, bought Domaine Les Croix in 2010 and decided to sign the bottles with his name. In Écueil, on south-east facing slopes, Vincent works his vineyard with a strong dominant of pinot noir, in the purest respect of the environment. His son Gaspard is in charge of the soil work. We are particularly fond of their Brut Nature 2005 and their carefully decorated eponymous gîte.

Passionate winegrowers for 5 generations, the Crépaux family owns vineyards in different areas of the Champagne region such as the prestigious Côte des Blancs, the Montagne de Reims or the Vallée de la Marne. For more than 20 years, it is Sébastien Crépaux who has taken over the torch. You can count on his love for a job well done! Each cuvée has been finely thought out. For example, for a top-of-the-range cuvée, Sébastien favors vinification in oak barrels with pumping over of the beds during the entire vinification. 5 magnificent cuvées are to be discovered.

The vineyard is located in 8 communes stretching from the Marne valley to the Côte des Blancs: Trelou, Soilly, Try, Reuil, Venteuil, Mardeuil, Cramant and Avize. The wine is blended with the 3 traditional Champagne grape varieties in equal proportions. Estelle and Nicolas like to exchange with real enthusiasts. A family business founded in 1965 by Bernard and Michèle Bremont, Champagne Bernard Brémont vinifies just one vineyard: Ambonnay. Pinot noir and Chardonnay are combined in a wide range of 100% Grand Cru wines to suit all palates. Thibaut Brémont, the couple's eldest son and the house's wine artist for over 10 years, infuses his energy and vision into both the vineyard (HVE and VDC certified) and the wines, with the creation of limited-edition nuggets.

Assisted by Céline, it is now Benoît Hugot who lovingly perpetuates the Champagne traditions inherited from his father. Certified HVE, their 5.35 ha vineyard is managed in a respectful, healthy and natural way. Thanks to a soft and precise vinification, the duo gives birth each year to a confidential production. You will discover 3 vintages with beautiful dressings including the Brut Rosé. The domain also offers 2 guest rooms called Chez les Doyennes. You will find there all the necessary comfort and the decoration is really very neat.

Jean-Pierre and his son Julien work a beautiful "Grand Cru" classified vineyard in Mesnil-sur-Oger. Julien and his wife Sarah have made a historic turn by becoming harvesters and handlers in a family that was originally a cooperative. For them, there is no compromise with quality, champagne is a timeless luxury product that they have to elaborate from the very beginning of the harvest to the decoration of their 4 exceptional vintages.

A visionary and entrepreneur at heart, Albert Bergère created his own brand in 1949 in Épernay. A heritage and a love of the vineyard that was passed on to his youngest son André who has since taken up the torch. Supported by his wife, both have worked hard to expand the vineyard in an exceptional diversity of soils. This allows them to produce reference wines that are appreciated by many wine lovers in France and abroad. A sales/tasting store, guest rooms and a cellar are to be discovered.

At the heart of this house, founded in 1872, expertise has been handed down from father to son and daughter for 8 generations. Today, Séverine and Caroline Launois continue the adventure, producing a fine range of champagnes. A particular favorite is the oeil de Perdrix cuvée, with its spicy nose and complex mouthfeel. Their website also showcases the finest nearby monuments: an enchanting château and an educational museum. The estate also offers harvest days.
