If we know the Faux de Verzy in the Marne, we know less about this tree which is more than 800 years old. There are few in France. It was a junction of three fields, hence its name. It is 5 metres wide and it is even said that some people hid there during the Second World War. A superb site that gives a good excuse for a walk.

Villenauxe now has 104 hectares of vine classified as Champagne and is the southwestern end of the Marnese vineyard (Reims, Épernay). The owners of the Champignonnière Poulain have changed their name: the appellation Mushrooms of Cussangy anchors the land more. For more than 30 years, the champis are being bounced here, which we like to discover and explain the production of mushrooms from Paris (white or brown), pleurots (gray, yellow and pink) or oak-oak, a Asian mushroom with also called shiitaké. Their creativity is also regularly generated from new recipes available on their website: a real shop with champagne, ratafia and Boudintella (you'll be surprised!). But what made their reputation is of course the fungus of mushrooms at chaource. The company Bugis, famous for its fabrics production, collaborated with a fashion photographer to pay tribute to the textile in an exhibition. He also has a collection of beautiful sculptures, paintings and a few stained glass windows of Linard Gonthier.

So we can discover the tiles made by Jean-Louis, and Edith's works: nest boxes, oils, Middle Ages… The rooms are all baked. Royer tuilery organizes traineeships or refreshments during holidays. If you are lucky, you will arrive at the time of the "big fire": A large oven is lit for nine days for cooking 100 m ³ of tiles. Impressive!

Troyes has ten churches, but also an internationally renowned synagogue. Located in a narrow cobbled street, not far from the pedestrian streets, beyond your religious beliefs, it opens its doors to you by appointment.
