You don't have to go all the way to Egypt to visit Mount Sinai, you just have to go to Verzy! The highest point of the Reims Mountain, it owes its name to the poilus who nicknamed it for the remarkable viewpoint it offers on the Champagne mountains, a strategic location that allowed to observe the enemy's positions over 30 km. Today, all that remains is the command blockhouse and a concrete observatory accessible to the public.

L'observatoire du mont sinai est situé à proximité du sentier des faux de verzy. Il offre une belle vue, avec une table d'orientation pour se répérer aujourd'hui et tel qu'était le paysage pendant la Première Guerre Mondiale. On retrouve aussi des bunkers abandonnés.
