Regularly rewarded, this Toulois estate is the initiative of Isabelle and Jean-Michel Mangeot, who started their winegrowing activity in 1997. Today, Isabelle Mangeot continues the adventure and passes on this passion by offering 13 different vintages, and no less than 120,000 bottles produced each year. The grape varieties that make up the appellation are Auxerrois, which gives aromatic white wines without acidity, Gamay, a rustic grape variety that brings fruitiness and vivacity, and Pinot Noir, which brings richness, roundness and finesse to the wine.

In the heart of the "Les Terrasses" area, this epicurean cellar offers a selection of owner-grower wines (500 references), cheeses from La Cloche à Fromage, charcuterie from Corsica and the Basque country, spirits, beers and delicatessen products - everything you need to enjoy a delicious meal! This artisan distillery produces eau-de-vie, liqueurs, jams and even whisky, among the latest range of products developed. A guided tour reveals the still distillation process. The old castle of Charmois has been entirely renovated by a family with a passion for old stones. The son, Alain Bonnefoy, established his microbrewery there more than a decade ago. He created his own beer, the Charmoy, which is considered the little sister of the Belgian Trappist beer of Orval. To be discovered: a lager, a fermented unfiltered amber beer with a long shelf life, as well as a March beer, in homage to the ancient processes that linked agriculture and brewing. They are made from raw wheat grains produced on the farm and malt.

Founded in 1820, the Lecomte-Blaise distillery is located a few kilometers from Gérardmer, in the heart of the Vosges. Here you will find a wide range of brandies, liqueurs, creams, fruits in alcohol... Speciality of the house, the Libertine is a delicious drink with plants (mainly anise and wormwood), to be drunk with a little sweetened water. Nicolas Schott's skillful alchemy is at work in the village of Harreberg. His bottles of liqueurs, aged rums and whiskies can be found at the Comptoir des saveurs in Sarrebourg. Initiated by his grandfather Joseph to the mysteries of distillation in the small family workshop, Nicolas Schott founded his house in 2012. He selects ripe fruit from the orchards of local growers, which he processes with slow fermentation and wood-fired distillation.

The microbrewery L'Opercule is located in a valley of the Vosges mountains, the ex-principality of Salm. It was created by two friends, Damien Froment and Maxime Clasquin. First beekeepers, they had the idea to propose organic beers with honey. And it is with their own honey that they brew their beverage. The honey allows to carbonate the beer and to soften the bitterness. The sugar disappears to make room for subtle honey fragrances with a floral aftertaste. They started the production with a blond beer made with organic honey from their beehives.

Founded in 2003, the Brasseurs de Lorraine is one of the guarantors of the region's brewing tradition. With its wide range of beers, the company is the largest craft brewery in Lorraine, where future brewers are also trained. Since 1722, the Laroppe family has been the owner of vineyards, that's how great its reputation is in the Toulon region! In addition to working on wines recognized in the region, Vincent Laroppe and his producers are keen to show visitors all the stages of the work of the vine. From the cellar to the bottling and the pressing, the wine of Toulon will have no more secrets for you! But the Maison Laroppe is not only about wine: brandies, liqueurs, syrups and even regional products are also part of the range.

A 2.5 ha vineyard modified into high Alsace type vines in order to optimize the quality of the harvest. The grape varieties are gamay, pinot noir and auxerrois. Francis Demange settled there more than ten years ago and participates in the production of Toul wine. His Gris de Toul, made with 15% pinot noir, is round and supple in the mouth. The Auxerrois, on the other hand, is characterized by citrus notes for a fruity and dry taste. The pinot noir surprises with notes of raspberry. There is something for everyone. Since 1996, Marc Laroppe and his wife Géraldine have been cultivating 2.2 hectares of vines, after Monsieur replanted some vines in his native village. The vine stock thus divides at 80 cm from the ground in a V shape, guaranteeing better exposure to the sun and more effective moisture protection. The estate produces gamay, pinot noir and auxerrois grape varieties. Marc Laroppe has been a medal winner since his first harvest, and today produces an average of 18,000 bottles each year, which he sells directly. Géraldine also manages the guest rooms installed on the estate.

The cooperative created in 1990 is composed of 8 members cultivating a surface of 9 ha. A nice way to perpetuate an ancestral tradition linked to this village whose origins date back to the 10th century! All the ranges of Côtes de Toul are produced, grey, white and pinot noir. You can also discover their sparkling wines including the white of white, white of black and rosé sold under the appellation "cuvée Crinoline". It is far away, the time when the gris de Toul was considered as a table wine, served in large carafes during balls. Its festive reputation still persists, but the Toulois region as a whole now offers wines that will seduce wine lovers. In the Migot family, the elaboration of Toul wines is part of an eleven generation tradition. Camille Migot, the last of the lineage, has taken up the family torch and offers AOC Côtes-de-Toul wines, from Auxerrois to Pinot Noir and Gris de Toul. His approach is to convert the production to organic, in total adequacy with the values of the family. The grapes are picked by hand, before being sorted and passed in immediate harvest for the whites and the grays. The reds are destemmed and put in vats.

In 2019, Marie-Geneviève and Norbert Molozay celebrated 20 years of rebirth of Château de Vaux. Twenty years of work that have enabled them to transform the estate to produce wines that are increasingly noticed. Convinced of the quality of the terroir and driven by their convictions, the winegrowers have never ceased to move forward in order to develop their estate: they have planted new vines, worked to promote Moselle wine and happily taken the turn to biodynamic and organic farming.

Situated on the slopes of Vic-sur-Fit, the Dietrich-Girardot domain covers 5 hectares and produces on average 33 000 bottles annually. The vineyards of the area are exposed to the south, on the slopes, on a clay-clay ground: the clusters therefore enjoy a beautiful sunshine. White (auxerre, muller-thurgau, Pinot blanc and pinot gris) and red (Pinot noir and gamay) are made in the purest tradition of Vic-sur-Fit. Semi-sparkling such as the Pearl of White White Bishops and Brute Crude Vicoise are also proposed in this exploitation and will happily replace the traditional champagne. Several vintages in the field have won a few medals in the contest of Lorraine wines. Since 2010, the domain has been certified as AOC. It is highly recommended to call before every visit, history of not finding closed door.

The Domaine des Béliers, a must in the wine world: since 1982, this family business created by Michel and Robert Maurice is located on the heights of the rocks of La Fraze. Ève Maurice, oenologist and agronomist, is one of the emblematic figures of the house. You will be offered a guided tour and a tasting of her Auxerrois, Pinot gris and noir, Müller-Thurgau or Gamay wines on site. If this one has a good hundred spirits (armagnacs, cognacs) with important exposure, teh rum in this history, in on the first place! This last is not weakly chosen, as you can notice when you will be on the spot. Geoffroy warmly accommodates you to present with passion his grand cru from the four continents. Among them, there are very rare bottles (only about fifty in the world) that can be sold at very huge prices!

Strengthened by their success but limited by the size of their cellar at Château de Vaux, Marie-Geneviève and Norbert Molozay have acquired this new building in Scy-Chazelles. Dating from the end of the ^19th century, it was used to house the army's cellars. Completely renovated, these 4,000^m2 house certain vintages in the barrel cellar. The cellar is used for tastings and other events related to these biodynamic and organic appellations.

Located in the south of the first slopes of the Côtes de Toul, where the Moselle valley and the Côtes de Meuse meet, the estate extends its vineyard over the villages of Buligny and Blénod-lès-Toul. The vineyard is composed of pinot noir, auxerrois and gamay. A particularity of the domain, in addition to the organic agriculture, is the presence of mirabelle orchards, another specialty of Lorraine. Today, there are 12 ha of vines and 6 ha of mirabelle plum orchards that flourish on clay-limestone slopes, exposed to the south and southeast.

Domaines Vinsmoselle, located in Trieux, is Luxembourg's largest producer of wine and crémant. They are renowned for their century-old expertise (since 1921) and award-winning wines. Bringing together 240 winegrowers from Schengen to Wasserbillig, this cooperative cultivates exceptional terroirs along the Moselle. Installed since 2016, this brewery in Meuse is the one of Ghislain Balland who brews his craft beer on site. The range includes: lager, white, smoked amber and seasonal beers (Christmas beer for example). All of them have a name of their own: Abeille Charpentière, Moro Sphinx, Demoiselle, Feuille Morte du Chêne or Coccinoël. You will find them directly at the brewery or in various sales outlets: Ecurey Pôles d'Avenir in Ecurey and Montiers-sur-Saulx, Les Vins de Georges in Givrauval or Le Cellier des Gourmets.

The Brasserie Saint-Avold moves to Faulquemont and becomes the Brasserie Saint-Nabor. The ethic remains the same, as established by Jean-Aimé Rugiero: "Good, beautiful, good living together". Here, it's all handmade, homemade and made from the heart. The result: authentic beers, between tradition and discovery, elaborated with ancestral techniques and whose bottles are real tributes to the land.
