Perlé is a sparkling wine made from mirabelle plum, redcurrant, raspberry or Morello cherry. It is served chilled in flutes as an aperitif or with dessert. For eleven years, Léon has been able to make a name for itself among the independent wine merchants of Nancy. The reason? A warm welcome, sound advice from the sommelier and a large selection of available references (nearly 600!). Wine, of course, for all budgets and tastes, but also champagne and spirits... La Cave de Léon also organizes afterwork sessions with winegrowers who come from all over France to help you discover their products in a good mood. Léon also comes to your events and privatizes the cellar.

In Nancy, the specialist of arranged rum is Kévin Juliac, who created his store a few years ago. His bottles are sold in local wine shops, but also in breweries throughout France, and of course, on his website. Deeply ecological, Kevin Juliac always favors short circuits and local products, such as the honey from Lorraine that we find in the surprising and delicious honey-cinnamon or ginger associations. More original, the Umami, from Japan, stimulates the whole palate. A RhumArrangerie to discover!

Established in 2020 in Revigny, the Nettancourt cooperative brewery relies exclusively on the short circuit: it produces and distributes its own organic beer. On the menu, 5 beers: subtle white (tangy), delicate blonde (characterful), tasty amber (floral), surprising nettle (original), elegant brown (spicy). Collection (+ 1 lemonade) that you can find at local AMAPs and markets. The house organizes evening events where you can take part in gesticulated lectures and rent wooden games. The Brasserie Artisanale des Vosges La Madelon, established for more than 20 years, has seen its history evolve with the arrival of its new owners. For 3 years now, the production site and the store have been one and the same in Saint-Étienne-lès-Remiremont. A warm and friendly place where you will find the products of local partners in addition to beers. What to make superb baskets filled under the theme of the craft industry and the know-how.

Start your discovery with the frizzant d'été, a surprising and original wine, and you will understand that this winegrower works with audacity and know-how. This young and friendly producer, whose vines are more than a century old, runs an estate of 8.5 hectares spread over Ancy-sur-Moselle, Dornot and Novéant. Don't hesitate to come and visit or to taste the wines. In any case, all the wines offered are fresh and surprising!

Four wine enthusiasts will introduce you to their exceptional cellar: Aurore Clos, a regular sommelier in Nancy; Romuald Moriau, a finalist in the 1998 Best Young Sommelier of France competition; and two equally indispensable young sommeliers. This team can advise you on how to take top-quality wines home with you, or enjoy them on site, at parties or events. It's a very friendly store, with affordable prices.

The Cave de la Pitch located in Saint-Dié-des-Vosges is run by Damien Fourreaux. In a store, the cellar offers a selection of fine wines, champagnes and spirits in all price ranges. Here there is something for all tastes and desires. You can find products from all regions of France, including HVE, organic, biodynamic and sustainable agriculture wines, as well as a range of spirits, such as fruit creams, liqueurs, cognacs, armagnacs, whiskies, rums and brandies. Tastings are possible on request.

With moderation, it is not forbidden to taste the drinks of the IPN. Located in the center of Nancy, this wine bar comes alive at aperitif time, then in the evening, until late at night. Wooden tables and wine barrels invite you to drink a glass of wine, from here or elsewhere, in a good-natured atmosphere (remember to raise your head for the balloons). The wide choice of beers has recently been completed by delicious ciders and spirits. It is possible to privatize and recommended to reserve. Remember: Wednesday is IPN!

A historic address for good bottles and good advice, for 25 years already! The secret to its longevity? The nearly 850 estate wines and grands crus, 70 champagnes, 350 whiskies, 80 rums, 30 cognacs and armagnacs... but also the good humor and efficiency of the team led by wine specialist Gauthier Maire. As an added bonus, the chic, well-appointed boutique is particularly warm and welcoming. Tasting sessions are available, as is a 70^m2 room for seminars or private parties.

Fabrice and Nancy Chevrier, two wine and local products enthusiasts, have given back to the fruits of the Vosges their letters of nobility thanks to their typical creations. Currants, blueberries, rhubarb, dandelion flowers... Nothing is left out! According to traditional viticultural methods, fruits and flowers are vinified to obtain vintages which are all labeled Vosges Terroir. The raspberry, cherry and elderflower cuvées are to be discovered. New: the Timut berry cuvée. A refined aperitif that will surprise your guests.

The three musketeers who make up the team of the Cave du Faubourg make people love the dive bottle like no other. They talk about wines as fine connoisseurs, borrowing from the language of the winemakers. Their cellar is supplied with more than 400 references all year long, from the most beautiful regions of France and even from abroad. There is no doubt about it: you can see the passion for teaching, an obvious joy of sharing, which you can find during tastings or initiations. Here is a beautiful place of communion. Tables and high stools; in the center, a large wine barrel and a collection of labels on the ceiling. Here, the Mercier brothers offer wines gleaned from the French vineyards. Trained as sommeliers, they have been offering their favorites for the past thirty years, favoring biodynamic wines. So, won over by their own pleasure and knowledge, we discover unknown vintages and marvelous vineyards, to leave sometimes with a few bottles bought at the Cordonnerie across the street. A wine shop as we like them, friendly and authentic.

This wine shop offers some 800 references of French or foreign wines. There are also local products, gift boxes and baskets to personalise. A beautiful address where passionate people advise you. You will be welcomed and warmly advised by an expert in the field. In addition to the beer section, which completes the already very complete shop, lovers of islands and fruity flavours will not be left out since arranged rums are on sale. A good way to travel during the cold winters in the Vosges.

La Fouillotte is first of all the name of Thibaut's grandfather's farm: it is there that Thibaut tried his hand at brewing as an amateur before creating a brewery on Épinal with Florian and Boris. The names of the beers are tinged with poetry: Tropical Season, Secret Garden, Single Hop, Black Möbius to name but a few. From blonde to brunette, there is something for every taste and the three friends regularly expand the range. You will also appreciate the design of the bottles and the accessories offered for sale such as the wooden cut-out coasters.

It's hard to pass by their logo without wondering... Why a skull and crossbones? And why not, right? Here is the main brand at the origin of this brewery from Metz. Its author? Quentin Decornet. The place is inspired by the English microbreweries, which combine a brewing room, a cellar, a storage room, as well as a reception area reserved for customers and tasting. The "original" Bon Poison is a malty lager and the classic beer is available in a variety of styles. Craft beers from Metz, to be enjoyed with (?) moderation!

Spirits are well represented in this cellar with a whisky but cognac selection also and rum. The big names are represented but you will also find a selection more pointed intended to the illuminated lovers or for curious who want to go off the beaten track. Obviously, the cellar also offers wines and champagnes for all occasions.

Located next to Grand Frais, Cave 401 with its large parking lot welcomes you to over 200 m². An extraordinary selection of French and non-French wines, beers and spirits (over 200) awaits you in this subdued, industrial warehouse-style space. Products are displayed on large tables, supported by real barrels or in wooden shelving. The team of passionate artisan-cavistes will be delighted to guide you, or even introduce you to oenology, during tasting or private evenings, for your meetings and events.
