Poultry Alsace

The Nonnenmacher farm in Woellenheim breeds ducks and grows the cereals to feed them. The farm can be visited in early October or by appointment. Its products, processed on site, come from sustainable agriculture. In season, she also grows asparagus. The farm has a function room for 50 people and a catering service. It offers meal trays, vegetables and a wide choice of meats, including a wide range of duck-based products: rillettes, terrines, sausages, paupiettes and foie gras specialties.

Madame Wioland is nicknamed "Madame Sundgau", so much does she value this magnificent terroir! She is behind the name: Les Produits Fermiers bien de chez nous... Sundgau. The store, decorated with the famous gallinaceous birds, immediately whets your appetite. The stall offers a wide range of poultry and local artisanal products, such as the famous poultry pâté en croûte, pies and the famous poultry fleischnackas! You'll also find Sundgau milk and other local specialties. This result is the fruit of a lot of hard work, starting in 1973 with a farm focused on live poultry, chicks, ducklings...which we delivered to small grocery stores in the Sundgau region! Then, in 1975, sales began at markets around Mulhouse! In 2010, the store opened to the glory of poultry in all its forms: from boneless chicken thighs to chicken paupiettes. The charcuterie comes from the famous Wittman-Brand house in Mulhouse! If Mulhouse didn't have Sundgau....
