After Film Festival and Ciné Cool, Alsatians are spoiled in terms of culture! All of them have put this annual film event on their agenda! Le Printemps du cinéma is an opportunity to leave home after a harsh winter to see the new releases on the big screen. On the bill: animation, fantasy, comedy, horror... You will have a lot of choices with a really attractive single price! The 2019 edition was a real success, as it is every year. There is no doubt that 2020 will also be with unique and original programming for a one-time admission fee allowing a real three-day film marathon.

Throughout the day, there are many shows and animations for young and old! The top of the day is given by a procession. The festival is divided into 4 zones: the medieval camp, the big stage, the children's animation and the path of the strange. The festival ends with a great fire show. Organized by the association "Fête de la Sorcière Rouffach", this festival is totally realized by volunteers. The objective is to propose an authentic festival, to give pleasure, playful thrill and many strong emotions.

Did you know that Alsace is one of the regions in Europe with the most castles on its territory? Numerous events are planned to promote the old stones, many tourist actors and heritage associations are mobilized to organize the day "Tous aux châteaux". The castles and fortified cities will come back to life thanks to volunteers who will welcome the public all day long for guided or costumed tours, exhibitions, stories, games, workshops, treasure hunts, demonstrations...

The valley of Munster celebrates Easter and the arrival of spring with its event " Le Printemps des Cigognes ". Many activities are scheduled in Munster and in the whole valley: egg hunt, spring market and creators, meeting with animals, culinary and creative workshops, exhibitions, concerts... You will have the opportunity to learn more about this emblematic bird and to discover the richness of the very attractive valley of Munster.

This traditional festival starts in the early morning, the stalls of the garage sale set up in the streets. Then the courtyards of the farms open their doors to present artistic exhibitions, demonstrations of old trades and allow you to taste the unmissable sauerkraut. Around noon it is the aperitif-concert. In the afternoon a procession wanders through the village. You will enjoy the parade in traditional costume, music, folk dances and the exhibition of old tools.Market of art, crafts and local products.

Organized by the Pelpass et Cie association, Paye Ton Noël is a festival of music and street art. The concept is simple: celebrate Christmas in an offbeat way during the first two weeks of December. Each year, a different theme serves as a red thread: medieval in 2018, intergalactic super Santa Claus in 2019! What's in store for the ^18th edition in December 2024? It's still a complete surprise... In any case, you'll be able to attend concerts, shows and other workshops, as well as watch short films. A great atmosphere guaranteed!

Created by an association bringing together enthusiasts of the 9th Art, Strasbulles is the European comic strip festival in Strasbourg. Alsace Comic Strip (ADB) invites many illustrators from all over Europe to Strasbourg to participate in signing sessions on Place Kléber but also to lead conferences and debate at round tables. Exhibitions in the Aubette salons are also organized. They allow to highlight the fantastic work of the artists and to contemplate their original plates.

The atmosphere is right for the beer festival! Of course, in terms of music, everything is well prepared, with an orchestra that has a wide repertoire of German songs, intergenerational, varied and full of humour, but also a singer who will sing popular and very rhythmic songs. The party starts on Saturday evening from 7pm, and resumes the next day at noon, where a sauerkraut lunch is also planned. Whether you come to discover this typical celebration or to have a good time, one thing is certain, you will not be bored!

600 m, 1.5 km, 5 km and 10 km: on 4 July 2020 in Schirrhein, there is something for all ages and levels! The 24th edition of the Lumberjack Round, a major event in the town's sporting calendar, is expected to bring together again this year nearly a thousand amateur athletes and enthusiasts around four races on roads and forest paths. So choose the one that suits you, put on your sneakers and... on your marks... get set... go! The first departure is at 17:10 rue de la Lisière in Schirrhein, near the multipurpose hall. Good to know: all non-licensed participants must have a medical certificate stating that there are no contraindications to running in competition.

To your sneakers! On Monday, July 13, 2020 in Waldowisheim, the Waldo Races will take place, a sporting and friendly event that has brought together nearly 500 athletes every year for 40 years. On the programme for this 2020 edition: three routes, one of which is 7.1 km long, in a 1.2 km loop in the town, then on the road to the neighbouring villages. No great difficulty to mention, except for a slightly hilly route. Feel ready? So on your marks... Ready? Go away! But beware: any participant without a licence must have a medical certificate stating that there are no contraindications to running in competition.

Just a few kilometres from the border with the Vosges department, the Schnepfenried ski area offers a whole range of Nordic activities. Here, there's no question of letting the end of summer get the better of us, the arrival of the first snow is eagerly awaited by the skiers. In addition to the thirteen downhill ski runs, the resort has carefully marked cross-country ski trails. You will have the choice between several loops of 2.5 kilometres to 7 kilometres on the heights, and a twelve-kilometre round-trip Nordic road that joins the Breitfirst. A loop completes the 4-kilometre Nordic route to the Auberge de Steinlebach, where it is possible to spend the night. You will probably meet snowshoe walkers or sled dogs who come to enjoy the exceptional view from the ridge.

Concerts, cinema, exhibitions, festivals, puppets: the Lézard association organizes contemporary art exhibitions that show the richness of local plastic creation. The association also develops a rich musical program inside and outside the walls, with the Grillen. It also programs film-debate evenings with the CGR on societal issues. Initiator of very popular festivals, in particular the Musiques métisses festival programmed each year in spring in various places, the Lézard is never short of playful and eclectic ideas.

The association Bielles et pistons takes care of repairs and gives a new lease of life to motorized two-wheelers. Once a year, it organizes this exhibition "Le deux roues fait son show". This regional motorcycle show attracts a lot of people. Dealers and exhibitors offer a wide choice of motorcycles, scooters and internal combustion engine bicycles. A musical entertainment rhythms the day. An exhibition of period solex and motorcycles is also worth a visit. Other surprise activities complete this show, which is a must for motorcycle enthusiasts and an annual meeting. Snacks and drinks stand allow you to eat on site.

The Triathlon Alsace Club de Colmar is behind Alsace's only swimrun to date. Held in early September at the Colmar-Houssen nautical base, this fun and sporting competition consists of a sequence of swims (schwim) and runs (run). Depending on your age and physical condition, you can choose from a range of options. The solo or relay race comprises 4 sequences of 2.3 km of running, each interspersed with 200 m of swimming. The Kids Discovery for 8/11 year-olds includes 50 m of swimming and 500 m of running, to be completed twice. And for 12/15 year-olds, there's 150 m of swimming and 1 km of running to do twice!

On Friday, the potato festival begins with a relay race that takes place at the village stadium. Gifts are on offer to encourage the participants. The next day, the festivities begin with a garage sale & flea market. The opportunity to stroll through the streets, looking for a good deal. The whole is punctuated by animations realized by the associations and an exhibition of artists. Of course, small catering is provided. And in the evening, a big concert is organized under a big top, followed by a fireworks display. A typical village festival, which has proven itself for more than 15 years: a nice outing to do with family, friends or alone.

The ^3rd edition of the Gastronomy Festival, which attracts crowds, is promising. It must be said that this is an opportunity for professionals in the food industry to make themselves known. The range of products on display is wide: organic wine, the sweets of the Charles-de-Foucauld high school, but also prepared dishes at cost price. You will also discover amazing products: beer yoghurt and other creations. During this event, you can also get to know the city's merchants. The atmosphere is friendly and warm. In the beautiful setting of Fort Kléber, a very complete jazz program takes place over several days. About twenty groups from all over the world perform on stage. Artists present their programs every evening on two stages (one free and the other for a fee). Many shows are free of charge (see the program on the site). In parallel, the festival village and the village of Les P'tits Loups for the youngest, offer activities throughout the festival. The installations offer optimal comfort. And if you are a little hungry, head for the Table du Loup, the restaurant that is set up on site for the occasion.

Organized by the Ostwald Volleyball Association, this meeting attracts many enthusiasts from all over France and Germany. You can go there to hunt, exchange, buy or sell your samples and bottles of perfumes, of course. This exhibition takes you back to the vintage era. Organized by the Vespa Scooter Club of Strasbourg, the presentation of about a hundred scooter models is truly magical. The machines are beautiful and we are surprised by the state of conservation. Rutilants, coloured: they make you want to buy one. During this weekend, entertainment is provided, as well as a small restaurant and a refreshment bar. Craftsmen and merchants set up their temporary stands, and you have the opportunity to acquire objects in the style of that period. The Pin-up d'Alsace do their show, and the show is worth a visit. A parade of vintage dresses is also on the agenda.

The exhibition Talents, la broderie d'art fait nous rêver will bring together for the fourth consecutive year some thirty international exhibitors. Embroiderers and textile designers will be present to present their works and give you advice. This event is unique in France. Gold embroideries, beaded, sequined, true works of art of precision and creativity... Come to shop, chat with professionals, and admire the beautiful exhibits. Workshops are organized on this day.

Before the start of the school year, the inhabitants of this charming village welcome you for a night walk with lanterns. A very pleasant way to discover the streets of this typical village. The France Bière Challenge is an annual national beer competition. For the brewers, it is an opportunity to showcase their productions and put them in competition with each other. After 3 years of interruption, the famous festival C'est dans la Vallée ! is reborn under the impetus of its creator and local child Rodolphe Burger. The latter dedicates this 13th edition to his friend Jacques Higelin (deceased on April 6, 2018), an honorary citizen of the city of Sainte-Marie-aux-Mines where he recorded two albums. In addition to a tribute evening (Saturday, October 6 from 8:30 pm) which is sure to be full of emotions (with Izia, Areski, Sandrine Bonnaire, Eric Truffaz...), a Jacques Higelin kiosk will be inaugurated in Jules Simon Park. Another highlight of the festival and a major first in this field, the Electro Live Night organised at Val Expo brings together Acid Arab, Arnaud Rebotini and Rebeka Warrior. Sunday, October 6 at 12:00, a musical picnic in the park of Villa Burrus, followed by a closing concert at 5:00 pm with Rodolphe Burger and Bertrand Belin. Nice program in perspective!

The Volley Mulhouse Alsace (VMA) women's team is currently at the top of its game! They shine in competitions all over France, and even Europe! In 2024, the best women's team in team sports in Eastern France will be playing in the final of the French Cup. Between rigor and passion, they are on course to be among the best. Over 10 years ago, a group of students full of ideas and a passion for parties and music decided to create a festival. Still 100% student-run and free of charge, the festival has become one of the must-attend musical events of the Mulhouse spring season. It attracts a wide variety of people, not only students but also many families, who enjoy a giant barbecue followed by one or two concerts. Nearly 7,000 spectators attend. You'll find local artists and headliners in a variety of styles: rock, folk, blues and electro.

Team 1 has been playing in the TOP 12 for several seasons now, in the top 12 French teams!
