However, this 100% female event is also open to men... in disguise! This is an opportunity for the inhabitants of the city to wear pink to support the association Le Cancer du sein, let's talk about it. You don't have to be a world champion or a great sportswoman to take part in La Strasbourgeoise! You can indeed participate even if you don't really enjoy running: a 5 km group walk is organized on October 4th in addition to the running event reserved exclusively for women (5 km itou)! As a prelude to the 3rd October, a canoe crossing of Strasbourg allows you to have fun on the water via two routes (one for beginners and another for experienced paddlers). Ultimately, La Strasbourgeoise aims to raise public awareness of the fight against breast cancer.
