The Chicago Deep Dish Pizza is Masa's specialty. This pizza was invented in Chicago and inspired by the technique of Neapolitan pizza, to the difference that it is about 6 cm thick! You will notice that, unlike the usual pizzas, the tomato is on top while the mozarella is on the bottom. It is difficult to eat more than two parts, so a small pizza should amplement for two to three people. Among the five specialties of the house are the Lots of meat ("lots of meat"). If you prefer to compose your own pizza, no problem, you can choose from more than 35 ingredients. For dessert, bread pudding is a great classic not to miss, if you still have room!

Here, chickens are not chicken-based, but crispy vegetables. And for the reason, Sage is a fully vegan restaurant, which means that there will be no animal products. This high-ceilinged pub has earned a special place in the Main Street Station hotel: a vast parqueted area with about thirty tables and not a single slot machine! A dozen or so fans slowly turn on the ceiling. You can sit down at the very long bar to taste one of the many hamburgers on the menu. Those with grilled mushrooms are particularly good. At the back of the pub are large vats in which the different beers are brewed. This pub has received many awards for its craft beers.

You can spot it from a distance at the far end of the casino, thanks to its sign vaguely reminiscent of the Chicago Theatre seen earlier... this little brasserie in the shape of a canteen. The beer is fresh and the restaurant offers a variety of pitcher options. Although the choice is limited, the beers are very varied. As for the food, the restaurant offers some fine pizzas, including the Magnificent Mile Meat Lover with its four meats. Pizzas are preferable to burgers and sandwiches. In the lounge area, matches are shown on the big screen.

In a soothing setting at the Bellagio, Michael Mina Restaurant (named after the eponymous chef) offers sophisticated, high-level seafood cuisine: hamachi provençal, ahi tuna tartare (a tropical species), grilled seafood... The establishment is also known for some of its specialties such as Hudson Valley foie gras or smoked branzino. And for dessert, we hesitate between the coconut soufflé, the declension of different dark chocolates or the apple of love and its cider jelly.

In a sober and contemporary setting, the Las Vegas version of the famous Parisian restaurant lives up to the standards of its parent company. Everything from the service to the preparation of the dishes is done with the utmost care. For starters, you can enjoy caviar, artichoke soup with black truffles, foie gras. For the main courses, the restaurant offers lobster, wagyu beef with braised cheek, veal or quail stuffed with foie gras. Don't forget to save room for the wide choice of desserts.

Located 150 meters above sea level in the Eiffel Tower of Las Vegas, this restaurant serves excellent traditional French cuisine - obviously. On the menu: foie gras served with smoked duck breast and fig compote, scallops with leeks, smoked and braised pork belly à la Lyonnaise, old-fashioned snails, sole, salmon steak, rack of lamb, or filet of beef Rossini. Thanks to a harness, the waitresses were hoisted to the top of the tower-shaped cellar in the middle of the restaurant. Today, under the direction of American chef Charlie Palmer, the acrobatic waitresses are no longer promised, but still an excellent meal in a modern and sober setting in the heart of Mandalay Bay.

House of Blues is both a restaurant and a music hall. It is on the casino level, in the shade of a big baobab tree and in a very exotic decor that you can taste the tropical cuisine of the place: Cajun Popcorn Shrimp, smoked ribs with Sriracha slaw... The establishment offers many burgers, including the famous Everything Legendary Burger. Of course, the place can seem a bit noisy when concerts are scheduled in the basement room. On this subject, the programming is very eclectic with rap, rock, jazz and country.

Imported from New York, this friendly brasserie-like restaurant serves prime steaks of all weights. Another specialty is lobster, which is served whole and in many forms, from gnocchi to soup. The walls are lined with caricatures of local and national celebrities, as in the restaurant on 2nd Avenue in New York, now closed. A tradition that dates back to the 1930s, when founders Pio Bozzi and John Ganzi offered food to local newspaper cartoonists in exchange for their work.

Voted best chef in the U.S. by Times magazine, California chef Thomas Keller has opened this superb restaurant at the Venetian, with a Lyon-style bouchon theme. On the menu: mussels with saffron, gnocchi à la Parisienne, boudin blanc, trout amandine and croque-madame. To complete the change of scenery, the waiters wear the bistro outfit with bow tie. More affordable than the dinner menu, the brunch menu is a good alternative for tighter budgets wishing to taste French gastronomy revisited in the American style.

This steakhouse in the Golden Nugget offers a subdued, elegant setting for devouring a quality cut of meat. Frequently voted best restaurant in the city by the Open Table website, it was last awarded in 2022. On the menu, to whet your appetite: oysters, filet mignon tartar, lobster soup... For the main course, in addition to the good meat dishes, you can opt for bucatini, roasted salmon, or halibut.

As its name suggests, Eggslut has made eggs the core of its concept. After proving itself in New York and Los Angeles, this good address has set up shop in Las Vegas, on the Strip. We particularly recommend it for lunch, as its sandwiches are perfect for a quick meal before heading back to the casinos. The short menu is nonetheless tempting, with classics such as the bacon, egg and cheese sandwich. The specialty: the Slut, an egg mixed with homemade mashed potatoes in a small glass jar.

Opened in 2014 by chef Kerry Simon, Carson Kitchen is a very good Downtown eatery off Fremont Street. It offers inventive and refined gourmet cuisine at low prices in a modern, elegant setting with a relaxed atmosphere. Small but carefully thought out, the menu offers a nice selection of plates to share, some delicious burgers, several meat and fish dishes, as well as vegetarian options. For dessert, there are only three choices: banoffee pie, donut and brownie. A favorite!

Born in Madrid, the talented chef Julian Serrano offers a delicious Spanish cuisine. Chicken croquettes, tortillas, Iberian ham, chorizo, mushroom risotto, asparagus a la plancha ... Whether it's tapas, cold cuts or paella, everything is served with taste in this restaurant with a very modern design. The place is often crowded: think of booking. A nice address adapted to groups of friends and families, to share as many plates as possible to taste a wide range of flavors.

A few steps from Fremont Street, this modern restaurant has a large room with an industrial style décor, open kitchen, brick walls, exposed pipes and black and white photos. There is also a small terrace outside. Reserved for breakfasts, brunches and lunches, this good address serves simple and hearty American classics with a touch of originality. The food is fresh and of high quality, ranging from traditional pancakes to sandwiches and a wide variety of egg dishes.

This romantic yet kitsch restaurant - as evidenced by the rose chosen for its logo - focuses on meats and seafood; vegetarians beware! House specialties include veal escalope, duck lacquered with Maple Bourbon, grilled chicken and beef Wellington served with foie gras and Bordeaux sauce. The icing on the cake: the help of a sommelier to select the right wine. Also, note that the Open Table website awarded Hugo's Cellar its Diner's Choice award in 2016.

Located only a few meters from the Williams train station and the Visitor Center, between the two avenues of Route 66, the Pine Country Restaurant is a pleasant place to have a hearty breakfast, a meal and also to taste excellent homemade desserts! This is the specialty of the establishment, with a striking choice: about forty different pies and cakes made every day. With so much choice, this is an address that gourmands will find hard to avoid.

An elegant address in a historic building in the northwest of Downtown. The menu offers a wide selection of American dishes to be enjoyed in an enchanting setting. While in the summer you can head to the outdoor patio, in the winter you can dine indoors by the fireplace. For added enjoyment, you can accompany your meal with a bottle from the extensive wine list that has been featured on the Wine Spectator 's Award of Excellence for many years.

As at the previous address, you can eat meat cooked at the barbecue.

The plates are copious, the varied menu, the nice staff and the relaxed atmosphere, the only small hic sticks to meat, which, as one says, sometimes lacks tenderness. And that's a pity when it's a house specialty. Apparently, poultry is excellent, and even if it's a sin to eat chicken when beef is on the map for a Respecte who respects itself, many are jumping out!

The coffee-shop of the bike rental store offers sandwiches, pastries and hot or cold drinks to consume on the spot or to take away. Everything is made with quality products, in a beautiful setting. It is also possible to reserve lunchboxes for the day. Bike rental is varied with classic or electric models and trailers. Strollers and wheelchairs can be rented.

This rather sober cafeteria is located in the Yavapai Lodge. Pizzas, salads, hamburgers... It is the ideal place to eat quickly hearty dishes. The establishment offers different formulas for breakfast and dinner only. A la carte dishes are also available with salads and pizzas. The value for money is acceptable. Yavapai Lodge also has a small coffee shop where hot and cold drinks, desserts and ice cream are sold.

It is the cafeteria of Maswik Lodge which proposes a very varied menu (starters, salads, mexican food, hamburgers...) at affordable prices. It is in this same place that the breakfast is served with a rather reduced but sufficient choice. Just next to this food court is a Pizza Pub. This one has a much more relaxed atmosphere. Its televisions show a lot of sports programs all the time. The establishment also offers a pizza delivery service for Maswik Lodge guests.

The restaurant at El Tovar Hotel is without a doubt the best in Grand Canyon Village. The cuisine is well prepared and can be enjoyed in a chic and cozy atmosphere. On the menu: pasta, salads, roast duck, salmon or lamb. For lunch, the menu consists mainly of sandwiches. Breakfast is varied and copious. Several tables offer a spectacular view of the canyon. A lounge is also ready to welcome you. Reservations are strongly recommended, especially in the evening. It should also be noted that the opening hours may change depending on the season.

It's a temple to French gastronomy in the heart of Chicago. Given the name, it's hard to go wrong, although we regret the absence of wild boar on the menu! Here is something to delight the amateurs even if it is a little more expensive than in France. Little surprise: at the end of the week, in the basement, a hidden bar with a baroque look awaits those who are in a festive mood after the meal.

The Holland Burger Café takes us back to the blessed years of Route 66. The building was built by Bab and Kate Holland in 1947. In 1979, Richard Gentry bought the business as a gift for his wife, Emma Jean, who had been a waitress there for several years. The place was naturally renamed Emma Jean's Holland Burger Cafe. We enjoy eating the homemade burgers in this small building still run by the family.

A beautiful dinner, open at any time of the day and night, with a beautiful wooden counter, benches and traditional chairs in skai brown inspired by the interiors of the old American cars, serves a classic, simple and correct kitchen of breakfast at dinner: omelet, burgers, fried chicken, giant salads, waffles and pancakes… Rare in L.A., there are all sorts of social classes, from the Mexican worker to the hispter, to the families of the neighborhood. A permissable Los Feliz!

You thought you knew everything about the burger? At the Mandalay Bay Burger Bar, you'll discover a whole new world. Here, the burger is the king and above all it is cooked in every way. Considered as the best burger place on the strip, this place is really worth a visit thanks to a varied menu full of surprises. You will be able to taste beef burgers (Angus or wagyu) but also versions with lobster, salmon or lamb. The Burger Bar also offers salads, crab cakes or chicken wings.

Formerly the Arizona Room, Arizona Steakhouse is the Bright Angel Lodge's steakhouse. Steaks, BBQ, grilled chicken, but also salads and sandwiches (at noon only). This establishment really specializes in grilled meats with different types of meat (beef, bison and lamb). The bill can quickly rise with this kind of dishes. Arizona Steakhouse also offers a selection of beers and wines from local brewers and vintners. The food is very good. Reservations are highly recommended.
