At the Praz-sur-Arly tourist office, the Megève-based Compagnie offers guides for themed ski and snowshoe tours through snow-covered landscapes. In addition to these winter activities, the company also offers summer experiences such as canyoning, via ferrata and mountaineering.

It is the mountain guide office of Gap. L'Esprit Montagne offers you summer and winter outings, various pleasures in the region to discover in complete safety, supervised by qualified, experienced and friendly professionals, the most beautiful "natural" sensations: via ferrata, canyoning expeditions, ice falls, hiking, snowshoeing... The contaminois office, created in 1864, belongs today to the Saint-Gervais Mont-Blanc guide company. More than 80 guides and guides from the Val-Montjoie. All of them have a state diploma and are passionate about providing quality services in complete safety. You can choose between ski touring, snowshoeing, off-piste skiing, ice climbing, hiking... In summer, the guides will accompany you for an ascent of the Mont Blanc or an unusual tour of the massif.

Grouped together with the La Clusaz and Thônes offices, Le Grand-Bornand's guides offer activities in complete safety! Whether you're a novice or an expert, these professionals are here to help you explore the mountains. Every week, these experienced enthusiasts offer a range of sporting activities in the heart of the Aravis mountains: themed hikes, via ferrata, climbing, mountain biking, canyoning... Younger guests are entitled to special activities and themed nature hikes.

Routes et Motards is a small company based in Chamonix and founded in 2006 by the Malleways brothers. It designs and sells complete kits that allow you to design your own itinerary using the materials provided: video, practical day-by-day PDF guide (with maps, accommodation and restaurant addresses, photos, good tips...), and GPS tracks to be integrated into your navigation device... In short, everything that allows you to set off at any time, with whomever you wish, and in the best practical conditions.

Founded in 1864, the renowned Compagnie des Guides de Saint-Gervais et des Contamines welcomes 80 guides and leaders, professionals of the high and medium mountains. A wide range of activities: skiing, tour of Mont-Blanc, glacier raids, heli-skiing, mountaineering, climbing, via ferrata,... or hikes over several days on the highest summits in France and abroad. Summer and winter, the Queyras Guides Office allows you to discover all the sensations of the mountain and a preserved nature. The summer program is declined in hikes with all the routes of Queyras, climbing to reach the summits, the big sport routes for the confirmed climbers, alpinism and glacier hiking, without forgetting the via ferrata. In winter, the guides are specialists in ski touring with many itineraries in the Queyras.

The Bureau des Guides de l'Ubaye opens its doors to you for all mountain and high mountain activities practised in summer and winter, in complete safety with recognised professionals on all the rivers, steep terrain and mountains of Ubaye and the surrounding area. Ski touring, off-piste ski raids, ice climbing (adults and children under 12), mountaineering, canyoning (Blache, Chaudan, Coste Plane...), via ferrata of the Motte-du-Caire...
