Saint-Maur is a town at the gateway to the Brenne Park in the Berry region. The Écuries de Laleuf, located on the farm, offer year-round boarding for horses. The green Coulée Coulée is a vast expanse of greenery in the very heart of the municipality of Chateauroux. On the edge of the Indre, it connects the Petit Valencay hippodrome to the south at the Écoparc des Chenevieres in the north.
