He is famous for his selection of raw products: raw milk delivered every morning, fresh Breton cream, fresh fruit and natural fruit purées. About 75 flavors are offered: brownie and caramelized pecans, cheesecake and strawberry pieces, lemon meringue, Montélimar nougat, pure butter Breton palet and Madagascar vanilla, as well as cherry, vine peach or green rhubarb.
