LE VIEUX SAULE
Located 4 km from the TGV train station, not far from Torcy Lake, the restaurant Le Vieux Saule welcomes the gourmets in a warm and spacious setting composed of a living room of 15 to 38 seats and a large room with 60 seats, ideal for business meals or family meals. In the summer, a pleasant terrace still increases the reception capacity of the site. On the kitchen side, the Chef, Christian Hervé, offers evolutionary and seasonal cuisine and a wide range of menus within the scope of all the awards. On plates: pheasant, snails and foie gras en entry, square of lamb and filet filet meat side, back of cod and leg side fish. A theme menu for groups from ten people is also concocted by the Chef, while his wife, Mrs Hervé, passionate about oenology, provides valuable advice on the choice of wines. Little more: Old Willow offers accommodation and rents four rooms furnished in the month.
