On the kitchen side, the Chef, Christian Hervé, offers evolutionary and seasonal cuisine and a wide range of menus within the scope of all the awards. On plates: pheasant, snails and foie gras en entry, square of lamb and filet filet meat side, back of cod and leg side fish. A theme menu for groups from ten people is also concocted by the Chef, while his wife, Mrs Hervé, passionate about oenology, provides valuable advice on the choice of wines.
