Welcome to the temple of Mercurey! Created by the Mercurey Defense and Management Organization, the Caveau Divin is the showcase of the Mercurey AOC, which celebrates its 100th anniversary in 2023. It features 64 wines from 40 estates working the relevant terroirs. It's possible to taste them all thanks to the œnomatic system, which allows bottles to be kept open without altering the product. Simply purchase a tasting card, credit it with the amount of your choice (2, 4 or 8 cl per wine) and serve yourself. Bottles are sold at estate prices.

Low season: open Wednesday and Thursday, 10am to 1pm and 2pm to 6pm; Friday and Saturday, 10am to 1pm and 2pm to 7pm; Sunday, 10am to 1pm. High season: Monday to Saturday, 10am to 1pm and 2pm to 7pm; Sunday, 10am to 1pm. High season: April 1 to September 30. Closed from December 25 to February 10.

Agréable. Il faudrait pouvoir noter les impressions de ce que l'on goûte.
Mais l'efficacité n'est pas la qualité principale ..même si la personne est très gentille !
Par contre la dégustation d'un montant de base devrait être gratuite si minimum d'achat .. quand on va dans les caves, c'est gratuit.
Il manque une explication des vins... on va à l'aveugle et parfois cela ne correspond en rien à nos envies.
