The small Boccard street, parallel to the Quai des Marans, is rather at a stalemate, but it is here that the wines of white Burgundy, pouilly-fuissé and viré-clessé of the owner-collecting, vigneron-collecting, have been bought and sold since 1595. The ancestral cellar houses a small Musée museum and an old-fashioned tinailler, where white wine was pressed. If, as the sign displayed on the portal shows, the vine grower is in the vineyard, it is the vigneronne that will receive you.
