Florence and Hervé Decoeyere are the happy producers of this madness. As a professional conservator for 35 years, they have decided to change track and to make the public discover the subtleties of home-made macaroons. Whether it's vanilla, chocolate or pistachio, the macaroons are made by artisans from Lenôtre, the world's pastry champion and best worker. This feature explains a little higher prices, but the quality is paid. Other more original perfumes are also proposed: au and date, foie gras and figs, or roquefort… To be tasted without moderation. Folie folie offers nearly 55 varieties packed in bag, box or gift packages and even proposes a room climbing everything while macaroons!

La boutique est sympa et l'équipe aussi.
J'ai dû attendre un peu pour manger mon éclair mais j'ai été prévenu avant qu'il fallait attendre et à la fin ça valait le coup.
Les macarons salés sont d'enfer !!!
