Starred restaurant in Macon offering quality regional products, an authentic and inventive seasonal menu

This restaurant is an institution in Mâcon, and its Michelin star, acquired in 1997, has never left it. There's no doubt that the high standards set by the chef, Christian Gaulin, who is passionate about his profession and the quality of his products, have a lot to do with it. The menu changes with the seasons, combining authenticity and inventiveness. Regional products are given pride of place, and the chef doesn't hesitate to travel the length and breadth of France to enhance his menus. A wine list, presented by Isabelle, honors regional vintages. A fine address for all gourmets.

Un grand merci tant pour l'accueil que la gentillesse du service. Un bel endroit, élégant et chaleureux. Que dire de la cuisine? Top! C'est raffiné, généreux. La qualité des plats associés aux vins... Nous nous sommes régalés et avons passé un délicieux moment. Les petits ont apprécié... tout particulièrement les desserts! Il n'y a que le chien... qui était ravi de retrouver les trottoirs de Mâcon!
