"Jo" is Joris, the young and new owner of this restaurant opened in February 2017 on the waterfront, and specializing in the preparation of homemade hot dogs and burgers. The room is warm, trendy, with a chic industrial loft spirit, and can accommodate no less than sixty people. The insolent menu stands out with proposals for homemade sandwiches, whose names make you smile: JOmarin with black bread, salmon and gacamole. JObbard, JOvial, JOker among others, accompanied by JOsette, green salad and JOséphines, homemade fries. If your appetite is still open, the burger that melts for dessert should satisfy you. Here we advocate the local both in the origin of the meat and the design of the bread and other fresh products used, on the beverage side we also play the card of craftsmanship with the famous Mortuacian lemonade brand Jurassienne. As you will have understood, there is no lack of humour and a good mood served to all kinds of people. On the terrace, at home or why not on the surroundings of the sauna it is according to your desires. So when will the JObbi JObba be held? A new address that cannot be ignored by Futé.
