A very beautiful hotel complex, including hotel-restaurant and a relaxation area. Benefiting from an unobstructed view of the surrounding mountains, the restaurant's glass room offers light and pleasures of the mouth. Epicureans revel in a tasty and traditional cuisine around the terroir and discovery menu, or more gastronomic with the prestige menu. As the seasons go by, the menu is renewed and the food and wine pairings become exciting thanks to the best vintages of the region. In the prestige menu: pan-fried prawns in parsley raviolini cream spinach, roasted duck fillet, pan-fried duck foie gras and its griottine sauce, large pineapple and mango macaroon, passion fruit coulis. Ideal for groups, family meals or more intimate dinners in the dining room or on the terrace, everyone will find the space that suits them best. Emplacement exceptionnel.
Accueil plus que chaleureux, restaurant de très haut niveau.
Seul petit bémol les chambres mériteraient un petit rafraîchissement. La moquette n'est plus de cette époque.

Bien sûr les rafraîchissements sont prévus dans pas mal de secteurs, tous les hivers y sont consacrés.
Les équipes pour la réalisation sont de plus en plus compliquées à trouver ... mais nous trouverons.

Jacuzzi en panne, et vestiaire vetuste.
Chambre qui a besoin d'être remise au goût du jour. Notre chambre sentait la cigarette.
Personnel serviable.
Le repas était convenable malgré une entrecôte coupée très fine. Entrée et dessert de qualité.
Petit déjeuner varié.
