Obtained in 2014, the Appellation d'Origine Protégée (AOP) Bœuf de Charolles is a meat typical of the original cradle of the Charolais breed. In Saône-et-Loire and neighboring Loire, generations of passionate breeders and professionals have passed on the art and know-how of taming the green treasure of this land: its grasslands. The bocage is but the visible expression of this symbiosis. On the palate, the rich fragrances, intense aromas and abundant juiciness of Bœuf de Charolles meat are the gustatory expression.
