La Meulière, an organic artisan bakery founded in 1994 by Achim Schulzbongert, has always championed "eating well" for better health. An ethic shared by Théo Bouvier, who worked with this master baker for nine years and took over the business in 2022. The charming little store, with its rustic decor and stone millstone in front, is equipped with a mill for preparing organic wholemeal spelt flours and various flakes. Visitors come for the wide range of sourdough breads, pastries, cakes and original snacks.

Bonne boulangerie, le pain est délicieux.
Le service de la jeune apprentie était excellent. L'accueil est agréable.

Les pains à l’ancienne sont excellents, peut-être les meilleurs de la ville, le personnel n’est pas désagréable, mais la relation-client est restée malheureusement « à l’ancienne ». Autrement dit, c’est très bon, mais il faut prendre sur soi : par exemple, accepter qu’ils ne prennent les commandes pour le nouvel an qu’après Noël parce qu’ils n’ont qu’une page sur leur classeur…, accepter qu’il n’y ait souvent plus de pain à vendre les samedis à partir de midi parce qu’il n’y a qu’une seule production par jour le matin mal calibrée… etc. Cette boulangerie est un monde « à part » . Je recommande .
