Syrian cuisine restaurant with a menu of original daily specials, for an authentic culinary journey in Chalon-sur-Saône.

Looking for something exotic? Head to Alsoufi, where the cuisine is as meticulous as the story is beautiful. In 2016, Fouad Alsoufi fled war-torn Syria and his job as a salesman, to start afresh in Chalon. He became a chef, making a name for himself with his dishes in the markets. At the end of October 2023, with his partner Charlotte, he succeeded in opening his restaurant. In a small room with a sober but warm decor, he offers Syrian staples (hummus, falafel...) and a menu of original dishes of the day (some vegan), renewed every week.

Merci Fouad pour le brunch pour 50 personnes. Cuisine fine et délicieuse. De nombreux petits plats végétariens qui ont été bien apprécié par tout le monde. En plus un service impeccable ????

Bien pour des repas rapides (style wrap) devra s'ameliorer sur la présentation surtout en restaurant, le prix de 900€ pour 25 personnes fut très excessif pour le peu de présentations et de recherches gustatives, avec pour exemples aucuns apéritifs ainsi que des dessert individuels fades et un gâteau "offert" de médiocre qualité avec inscrit sur la boîte 12,90€ chez Carrefour !! (Repas à domicile pour une soirée)
