In 2017, the restaurant put its anvil in the middle of the rue de Strasbourg and Elodie and Pierre Granger are the happy owners. This day paved with salmon in sorrel sauce for a smooth starter, followed by a veal chop creamed with maple turnips and small vegetables, the veal juice was just perfect!
