Grape varieties and flavours, everything is said or almost! Ségolène Robin and Maxime Jung's restaurant is the promise of tasty culinary moments. Indeed, the cuisine, neat and colourful, is sometimes inspired by Asian flavours, sometimes by Anglo-Saxon traditions, the dishes are balanced, and the menus change according to the seasons. The plates are beautiful and delicately laid out, and certainly open the appetite as much as the curiosity. The wine list also allows you to travel by the bottle or by the glass: Jura, Burgundy, Rhone Valley.
