Founded in 1931, this large cooperative cellar at the entrance to Buxy brings together the work of some 200 members and offers all the local appellations: Montagny, Givry, Rully, Mercurey, Crémant de Bourgogne... The welcome is friendly, tastings are free, and the house offers a variety of events and fun experiences, including guided tours of the cellars in summer, a music festival (July 19, 2025), and aperitifs on the Saône or in the vineyards.

Mid-season: open Monday to Saturday, 9am to 12:30pm and 2pm to 6:30pm; Sundays, 10am to 12pm and 2pm to 6:30pm. High season: Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6:30pm; Sundays and public holidays, 10am to 6:30pm. Closed Sundays in low season.

Open non-stop Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6:30pm, Sundays and public holidays 10am to 6:30pm during July and August.
Closed on January 1st, May 1st and December 25th

Depuis 4 ans que nous y participons, nous sommes accueillis et pris en charge pendant presque 2 heures par une équipe plus que sympathique (Millebuis et Chalon Balade), très pédagogique, à notre écoute, répondant à nos demandes, nos interrogations, les vins de très grande qualité, les mets apéritifs en parfaite adéquation avec eux et de grande qualité. Bref, un véritable partage des bonnes choses de la Bourgogne des gourmands et des gourmets.
Un événement à ne manquer sous aucun prétexte ! L’an prochain, j’y retournerai avec d’autres amis, voire avec tous ceux que j’ai déjà embarqués dans cette aventure surprenante au pays du Chardonnay, de l’Aligoté et du Pinot noir…
