Situated on the east coast of the island, this secluded, peaceful bay is ringed by rocky outcrops. The south and north points are two excellent snorkeling spots, with numerous corals, anemones and different species of fish. A handful of resorts are located on the hillside, offering splendid views of the sunrise. Hin Wong Bay can be reached by a tarmac road from Sairee; it's about an hour's walk, and there's a 100 Baht fee to enter the bay. However, it's difficult to get around the bay on foot, so it's best to rent a kayak.
