In Charlotte County, at the extreme southwest of the Fundy Highway, the small town of St. Stephen borders the St. Croix River, a natural border with the state of Maine in the United States. The city went famous thanks to its factory of candy and chocolates to be named "The small chocolate town of Canada". Local specialities owe to the company of Ganong brothers, who have been transformed into the Museum of Chocolate, which is part of the history of this charming community.
