Premilcuore is a charming mountain village on the banks of the Rabbi River. It has kept its medieval core intact, surrounded by a fortified wall and made up of small streets that go up and down. Upstream from the town, you can swim in the cool waters of the Rabbi, rich in small waterfalls, and enjoy its many natural beaches. It is also one of the gateways to the Parco delle Foreste Casentinesi. In Fiumicello, a few kilometers away, there is the Mengozzi mill, an ancient water mill that, after centuries of activity, was abandoned in 1963 and then restored to its function in 1993.
