16 km south of Mikołajki, close to the village of Kadzidłowo, lies a vast animal park(Park Dzikich Zwierząt w Kadzidłowe) that is very well-known in the region. Here you'll find deer, fallow deer, tarpans (small Polish horses), donkeys, goats and bison. In the minizoo, you can observe the animals of the Mazurian forests, including beavers, lynx, storks, owls, waders and many other birds. Guided walks are available to discover the secrets of the park's wildlife. Note that the animals evolve in conditions close to their natural habitat.
