Located 15 km northwest of Suwałki, the Suwałski Park Krajobrazowy landscape park covers an area of just over 6,300 ha. Nestled in a magnificent hilly landscape, it features Lake Hańcza, Poland's deepest lake (108 m). Its shores are dominated by the Cisowa Góra hill, which at 256 m is the highest point in the region. The enchanting landscape is ideal for both hiking and cycling. Typical old wooden houses can be found in Smolniki, Przerośl, Turtul and Udziejek. In the village of Wodziłki, you can admire a beautiful wooden building: a 19th-century church.
