The words here are inspiration and spontaneity! No opening day, the chef works on reservation, the guests settle and the meal lasts, in a unique and convivial atmosphere, until the end of the day - or at night, because you dance often, according to the mood of the chef. On the menu this day, produced and basil langoustines with cream and campaign butter, filets sole and apple purée aux with herbs, roast roast with garlic and fresh tomato, homemade gras on homemade brioche, homemade sherbet in raspberry.
