Patrick van Hoorn and Cora Moerman offer refined cuisine. The menu is deliberately limited to ensure quality and freshness. Seafood takes pride of place here, especially shrimp, scallops, halibut, sea bass and smoked eel. But the chefs don't forget meat lovers, offering delicious Mechelen poultry or sweetbreads.
