Just a stone's throw from Portus Ganda, the Lousbergmarkt is a covered market featuring 4 traders: De Vroente (a farmers' cooperative), Copain (a bakery), Her Hinkelspel (an organic, artisanal cheese factory) and De Bergen (a café). There's plenty of opportunity to fill up on delicacies, but above all to enjoy the delights of Stephanie and Sofie, the owners of De Bergen, who make the most of the other shopkeepers' products to prepare them. If it's raining, you'll be well sheltered inside the market, but if the weather's fine, you can head for the terrace overlooking the Parc Astrid.
