This confectionery is mythical, it has existed for over thirty years! First of all, it is located in a building of character, which dates from the 17th century, and its facade has bas-reliefs representing the seven works of mercy. Its specialty? The cuberdon - the nose, in French -, a cone-shaped candy made of gum arabic, filled with raspberry syrup (fragrant and very sweet), typical of Ghent.
