A feast of cheese specialities in a very friendly and exotic atmosphere
Gaël Bottini, who looks like a friendly mountain man, is very clever at selecting the best cheeses for his dishes. Fondues savoyardes, fondues aux truffes, reblochonnades, tartiflettes, crémeux du Jura and Pela Aravis rub shoulders with choucroutes and côte de veau aux trompettes de la mort. This haven for cheese lovers also offers more traditional dishes, including desserts ranging from raspberry entremet to walnut and apple tart. Of particular note: a fine selection of wines from Savoie, Alsace, Jura and Burgundy.
