Frameries is a small municipality in the Walloon Region with a population of about 22,000. Part of the town is part of the Hauts-Pays nature park. This park includes several sites of national ecological importance. For many plant and animal species, the Park is one of their last refuges in Belgium and for some it is the only one. The landscape of the park is very different from what you could discover in the region: forests, fast-flowing streams, promontories, waterfalls... all these elements make a walk in the park completely different. A visit to Framelies is a real breath of fresh air!
