Further north towards Launceston, you will discover vast pastures, sheep and poppy crops. In Oatlands, you can discover some curiosities: first of all the Callington Windmill, the third oldest windmill in Australia (1837). Completely restored, it has regained its sail and you can leave with a kilo of flour milled on the spot. You can visit St Paul's Catholic Church whose designer was none other than Augustus Pugin, the English architect of Big Ben. The city also has the largest collection of Georgian sandstone buildings in the country.
