Founded by Robert and Simone Berthaut, the cheese dairy has become a benchmark in the region. As well as selling cheeses, Fromagerie Berthaut also offers recipes based on their products, such as baked potato and Époisses galettes, or baked Époisses fondue. For cheese lovers, Fromagerie Berthaut is a must in Époisses.
