Owner's Message
The nose is strong, with a bouquet of undergrowth. On the palate, the cheese is supple, unctuous and never too strong. The taste is frank, subtle and balanced, with hints of dried fruit. When Epoisses is fully matured, slightly runny, you'll be delighted to taste this inimitable, mature cheese.

J' ai parcouru 260 kilomètres pour decouvrir votre établissement ; Quelle déception, l'accueil des vendeuses est exécrable, personnes vraiment odieuses et incorrectes, manquant cruellement de politesse et de savoir vivre. Heureusement que le fromage est remarquablement délicieux. Des efforts a faire en matière d'accueil des clients.
