Domaine Dublère is a winery located in Beaune, Burgundy. Founded in 2004 by Blair Pethel, a former American political journalist, the domaine offers a selection of high-quality red and white wines. Opened in autumn 2013, the winery Paul Michel is located in the heart of a small courtyard, in the Rue des restaurants beaunois. It is not surprising, therefore, that Laurent Duley's boutique has already reached a great reputation among the city's conservators, but also among individuals. It is probably also because Laurent has already worked as a merchant for 20 years before opening his own cellar. He is well acquainted with Burgundy wine growers and about 150 in his shop. This is the story of three boys: Alexandre Faupin, Mr Technical, Nicolas Seyve, Mr Production, and Jean-David Camus, Mr Image, who had in common the love of beer and their beloved town of Beaune. This is the branch of the house Moillard-Grivot, breeders of Nuits-Saint-Georges. Located just steps from the Hospices de Beaune, this gallery displays fine works of art from the great climates of the coast of Nuits and the coast of Beaune and the Hauts-Côtes.
