C’est une adresse que nous n’oublierons pas lors de notre prochaine halte à Beaune.
La qualità delle materie prime è buona e i piatti sono ben presentati, ma purtroppo i sapori non mi hanno convinto appieno. Mi aspettavo più personalità e carattere, soprattutto considerando la fama del locale.
Il personale è stato cortese e il servizio efficiente.
Ottima carta dei vini.
Nel complesso, un'esperienza nella media. Non lo consiglierei particolarmente ai turisti di passaggio, a meno che non cerchino un locale ampio e tranquillo dove pranzare senza grandi pretese.
