Quality Tourism. Open 7D/7 Very high season: 05/07 to 01/09: 9h30 -18h30. High season from 08/06 to 04/07 and from 02/09 to 22/09: 9h30-18h. Low season 01/01 to 28/03 and 04/11 to 31/12: 10am-1pm and 2pm-5.30pm. Sundays and public holidays closed. Mid-season: from 29/03 to 07/06 and from 23/09 to 03/11 from 9:30am to 1pm and from 2pm to 6pm and 5:30pm on Sundays and public holidays. Wine sales 15-17/11/24 10am-6pm. Closed January 1, 2025 and December 25, 2024 - Closed at 5pm on December 24 and 31. Store and online reservations. 2nd tourist information point Rue des Halles opposite Hôtel Dieu - Hospices de Beaune.

Cindy was wonderful. Cindy is very knowledgeable. She was very kind and polite and helped us with a lot of patience. The only problem with this office of tourism is that the counter space for us to see the maps and talk to Cindy is so small and tight and you feel very cramped. I would like to suggest the installation a bigger counter so people can see the maps and the brochures and talk more at ease with Cindy. Thank you.
